Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business days after confirmation. Delivery times vary based on your location but generally range from 3 to 5 business days.
- Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery: Shipping charges are calculated according to weight and dimensions. Free delivery is available for orders over PKR 5,000
- Delivery Areas
We deliver across Pakistan. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time may be required.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.
- Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or is incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy
- Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Certain items, such as custom orders and clearance items, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for return eligibility.
- Return Process

Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Step 3: Ship the item back to us at the provided return address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item was defective.
- Exchanges
